Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and labels intact.

Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated after the return is approved at our warehouse.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Important Notes

Returns requested after 10 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.

All returned items undergo a quality check upon arrival at our warehouse.

Filemot reserves the right to decline a return or refund if the item does not meet our quality standards or if the returned product is not a Filemot item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase, subject to product availability. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and labels intact.

Exchanges are typically allowed for size or product variants of equal value. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead to the original payment method.
